Lead PR Specialist (B2B Segment) at Avito. Moscow. Partial remote work. Responsibilities include developing PR strategy, preparing press releases, promoting speakers, and PR support for events.

Participate in the creation and implementation of the PR strategy. Be responsible for supporting B2B activities for communication with target key audiences. Prepare and distribute product, business, and analytical press releases and content based on public opinion surveys. Promote company speakers in the media. Prepare speakers for press events (presentations, welcome speeches, Q&A preparation). Participate in initiating and conducting own PR events (participation in concept development, content preparation, media interaction - event invitations, on-site communication, press approach, follow-up, reporting preparation). Be responsible for PR support of events involving the Avito Auto vertical (participation in third-party conferences, exhibitions, awards). Support news events in Telegram channels. Plan and manage the PR activities budget, analyze their effectiveness. Coordinate the work of the PR agency.

At least 5 years of experience in a PR department or press service of a large IT company, or relevant experience in communication agencies. Experience working with the B2B segment (mandatory). Experience working with the automotive industry will be a significant advantage. Ability to work autonomously, create integrated 360 PR campaigns, find solutions in non-standard situations, and manage projects from idea to implementation. Ability to quantify results and assess business impact. Strategic thinking, good organizational skills.
