Closing vacancies of commercial block of Middle-Senior-Top level in pharmaceutical companies. Active search and attraction of candidates independently and with the help of a sourcer. Close work with clients on vacancies. Development of client base, attraction of business, negotiations with clients. Labor market analysis, preparation of statistics and reports.

Experience in recruitment in the pharmaceutical direction from 6 months. Experience in a recruitment agency is mandatory. Possession of advanced search methods (Boolean, X-ray, networking), drawing up a search map.

Remote work. Possible business trips.
