Lead Data Engineer at VK Video

Lead Data Engineer at VK Video, Moscow. Company: Vk. Responsibilities: Development and support of data processing pipelines, building data marts, writing ad-hoc queries. Requirements: Experience with Airflow, Spark, Hadoop, ClickHouse, YT, Python, Git.

Develop and maintain data processing and delivery pipelines for analytics and ML teams. Build and optimize data marts. Write ad-hoc queries and data extracts, debug. Gather requirements.

Understanding of parallel computation on clusters. Experience with Airflow, Spark, Hadoop, ClickHouse, YT (optional). Knowledge of Python: basic algorithms (for understanding optimal code), classes and other advanced code (for reading source code and creating custom solutions like operators/services). Knowledge of Git and collaborative code development (code reviews).
