Lead 1C analyst with 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include business process analysis, development design, and coordinating a team of analysts. Salary 1200-1500 RUB/hour gross.

• Analyzing customer business processes, preparing and approving resulting documents (analysis report, technical specifications, etc.), and providing recommendations for configuration selection with justification. • Modeling enterprise accounting and management business processes based on 1C, describing business processes using various notations. • Designing modifications (understanding platform objects, understanding how to use and modify them). • Developing and approving project documentation. • Developing and approving operational documentation. • Consulting customers during system launch, pilot, and production operation. • Diagnosing problems and developing solutions for their elimination. • Managing customer requirements, conducting meetings and negotiations with functional customers, including on accounting methodology issues. • Coordinating the work of the analyst team. • Analyzing and developing methodological solutions for the functional customer. • Forming the target functional architecture of the application. • Controlling and accepting the work of developers. • Occasional business trips.

• Completed higher education. • Excellent practical knowledge of configurations: 1C: BP, BP CORP, UH. Knowledge of industry-specific configurations (BIT FINANCE, UAT, etc.) is a plus. • Confirmed consulting experience as a consultant, implementer, methodologist, analyst, and project manager for 3+ years. • Experience in successfully implementing at least 2 projects for the implementation and development of 1C systems: BP, Holding Management, etc. • Focus on serious work in a project team: positive attitude and constructive interaction. • Ability to meet deadlines. • Developed business communication skills with functional customers and users are mandatory. • Client-orientation, proactivity, responsibility, clarity, and diligence. • 1C certifications will be an advantage. • Ability to read code and write queries is welcome.
