UX Writer position in B2C Fintech at Wildberries. Responsibilities include collaborating with business, designers, and developers, editing mockups in Figma, writing support content, and improving client communication. Requires expert Figma skills and strong soft skills.

What you will do: – communicate and negotiate extensively with business, designers, developers, and analysts; – work confidently with mockups in Figma — edit entire flows or individual screens, occasionally landing pages; – write articles, news, and templates for support, and publish them in the internal knowledge base — a full cycle from mockups to content wrapping; – improve the process of working with clients; – standardize: write checklists and guides, update the editorial policy, and ensure its compliance; – understand banking products and services.

Who we are looking for: – you work in Figma at an expert level; – you have strong soft skills: critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, ability to reflect (we will check); – you can find common ground with different people, build long-term relationships, and manage conflicts; – you are independent and can organize your work both at home and in the office; – you have a deep understanding of non-standard tasks; – you manage client expectations, fix agreements, and methodically synchronize the understanding of results and the realism of deadlines; – you prioritize, can do necessary tasks and cancel unnecessary ones; – you can explain decisions, work with metrics, but know that not everything can be measured; – advantage: you have worked in a product team, in fintech, or another large corporation.
