UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer for IT products, salary 70,000-80,000 RUB, remote/office/hybrid, contact ***** or *****

— Develop UX/UI concepts and layouts for digital products and websites; — Think through user scenarios, structure and logic of interfaces; — Prepare and adapt layouts for different devices and resolutions; — Justify design decisions and present concepts to teams and founders; — Hand off layouts to frontend developers and review implemented interfaces; — Update layouts and existing websites when functionality changes; — Conduct user experience analysis and propose improvements based on it; — Develop materials for commercial proposals, presentations, flyers, stands and merchandise.

— Experience as a UX/UI designer; — Understanding of UX and UI principles; — Ability to independently go from task and concept to finished layout; — Understanding of responsive design and interaction with frontend developers; — Ability to argue design decisions; — Attention to detail and systematic approach; — Proficient in Figma; — Experience in preparing presentations, commercial proposals and printed materials; — Adobe Illustrator. Will be a plus: — Experience with IT products and SaaS; — Experience in UX analytics and user research; — Understanding of frontend development sufficient for effective work with developers; — Experience with design systems; — Experience with AI.
