UX/UI Designer (Middle+/Senior)

International IT company with headquarters in St. Petersburg seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer for a fintech project. Full-time, office/hybrid in St. Petersburg. Salary discussed based on experience.

Lead product directions independently (web & mobile); Work closely with PM, analytics, and development from hypothesis to launch and metric analysis; Develop a cross-platform design system (Web + App); Design promo mechanics, internal campaigns, and landing pages in collaboration with marketing; Gather requirements, dive into business tasks, and defend decisions based on data.

5+ years in product design (web and mobile apps); Strong product thinking: ability to formulate success metrics, prioritize, and reasonably reject unnecessary features; Experience solving marketing and growth tasks; Expert-level Figma: components, variants, autolayouts, libraries; English – working written and spoken. Nice to have: experience in fintech (designing personal accounts, dashboards, admin panels); Willingness to complete a test task.
