UX/UI Designer (Middle+/Senior)

International IT company with main office in St. Petersburg is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for a fintech project. Responsibilities: - Independently lead product directions (web & mobile); - Work closely with PM, analytics, and development from hypothesis to launch and metric analysis; - Develop a cross-platform design system (Web + App); - Design promo mechanics, internal campaigns, and landing pages together with marketing; - Gather requirements, dive into business tasks, and defend decisions based on data.

5+ years in product design (web and mobile applications); Strong product thinking: ability to formulate success metrics, prioritize, and reasonably reject unnecessary features; Experience solving marketing and growth tasks; Expert-level Figma: components, variants, auto layouts, libraries; English – working written and spoken. Nice to have: experience in fintech (designing personal accounts, dashboards, admin panels).
