UX/UI Designer (AI-first)

Senior UX/UI Designer for an AI-first ERP project at Secreate. Remote, salary up to 250,000 RUB before taxes.

Project: development of an ERP system from scratch. We are an AI-first team that uses AI agents as a full part of development. We are looking for a UX/UI designer who can independently build the design process, research the domain, and design interfaces for a complex corporate system while actively using AI agents in their work. Responsibilities: — Design ERP modules: event passport, calendar, orders, requests, approvals. Work with complex tables, forms, filters, statuses, and user roles. — Independently study business processes, communicate with users, collect and formalize requirements — including without an analyst. — Structure large volumes of data, build information architecture, User Flow and CJM based on real user practice. — Conduct interviews, test prototypes with users and improve solutions based on test results. — Design based on Gravity UI, develop the product's design system and missing components. — Use AI agents for analysis, prototyping and functional testing: test scenarios, identify logical errors, edge cases and inconsistencies with requirements. — Support development, check implemented interfaces and bring solutions to release.

— At least 3 years of commercial UX/UI experience with product releases and at least 5 published projects in a portfolio. — Experience with ERP/CRM, B2B or corporate products; systematic thinking and ability to design interfaces for large volumes of data and different roles. — Awareness: knowledge of patterns in popular services, ability to explain how their elements work, why they work and where they are appropriate. — Understanding of new capabilities of modern operating systems (e.g., Dynamic Island in iOS) and how to apply similar approaches in products. — Confident work in Figma, with interactive prototypes and design systems; ability to argue decisions. — Real experience with AI agents: setting tasks, checking results, and fixing errors.

— Remote cooperation format within Russia. — Registration as self-employed (IP/GPC). — Project from scratch, where the correct AI-first process is laid from day one. — Subscriptions to AI agents paid by the company.
