Playoff Games is seeking a User Acquisition Manager (Middle/Middle+). This is a remote, full-time position. We develop skill-based games where the strongest players win. With over 10 million players and 30% monthly growth, this is just the beginning. We need someone who can not only manage campaigns but also scale acquisition and build a growth system. You will work directly with founders, generate and launch hypotheses in acquisition and creatives, influence key metrics, and see the results grow.
Requires 3+ years of experience in promoting mobile applications and understanding of the GameDev industry. Strong experience in Google Ads (as a key channel) and Meta is important. Understanding of advertising monetization (not in-app purchases) is also required. The ideal candidate can work with policy restrictions, understands attribution and MMP principles, and is not afraid to tackle complex cases. We are looking for someone who can proactively bring hypotheses for scaling acquisition, stabilizing channels, and increasing revenue.
