Elevate Vision is seeking an Unreal Engine Developer for interactive 3D presentations of real estate projects. Responsibilities include creating interactive scenes, implementing UI for navigation and material changes, and preparing for Pixel Streaming. Requires UE5 experience and Blueprint knowledge.

We are Elevate Vision, a studio specializing in premium visualizations and 3D video for real estate projects. We are launching a new direction: interactive 3D presentations of properties (not just renders - a full sales experience). We are looking for someone who can implement this in Unreal Engine. Responsibilities: • Create an interactive 3D scene of a building • Implement floor and apartment selection (click on the model) • Implement transitions into apartments (living room, bedroom, balcony) • Set up cameras (no free movement - only logical UX) • Implement simple navigation (via clicks / UI) • Add material changes (interior design) • Prepare the project for Pixel Streaming (Web)

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 • Understanding of Blueprints (mandatory) • Experience in architectural visualization - a big plus • Understanding of lighting (Lumen) • Ability to work with 3D models (3ds Max / SketchUp / FBX) • Sense of aesthetics and understanding of "premium" quality Important: This is not a game. This is a sales tool for real estate. We need someone who understands UX and can create a simple, understandable, and beautiful interactive system.
