UI/UX Designer at Softnetix for Live Casino platform development. Salary up to 2000 USD. Full-time, office-based in Minsk, Belarus.

Softnetix is developing a platform for deploying gambling and betting applications. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join the Live Casino team. You will be creating an online gaming service with real croupiers, dealers, and its management system. Responsibilities: - Designing and improving interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including game scenarios with dynamic data and interactive elements; - Enhancing the product according to market requirements and trends; - Refining user interface elements and preparing them for implementation; - Working with and maintaining the UI Kit; - Close collaboration with the development and design teams; - Conducting Design Reviews; - Utilizing AI tools in daily work for faster design, idea generation, text creation, and prototyping.

Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of Figma (Components, Auto layouts, Libraries, Design Tokens, Variables); - Commercial experience in interface development (Web, Mobile) in the sports statistics, betting, and gambling sector for at least 1 year; - Experience with interfaces for high-load systems (tables, filters, and various forms); - Effective application of UX/UI principles; - Understanding of user interface usability basics; - Basic understanding of AI tools capabilities and experience in their application in design work. Nice to have: - Significant plus: experience with interfaces for high-load systems; - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; - Skills in working with vector and raster graphics (Illustrator, Photoshop).
