A fintech service for Russian users: Telegram bot and mini-app, website, and soon a mobile app. Tens of thousands of active users, team of about 25 people. We are growing fast. Everything for work is already there: analyst, Amplitude with tagged events, layouts from the previous designer. The previous designer quit, and we need a person who not just draws but understands user behavior. Responsibilities: - Review our interface. Globally we leave everything as is: design, layout, roughly. But you come and tell us what to change. - Monitor competitors and bring successful solutions yourself. For example, a competitor's app opens the store at first launch, and you can buy a card in one click. Currently, such things are sent by our ad buyer, but the designer should bring them. - Work in pair with an analyst: analyze user behavior and run tests together. Amplitude has many events tagged, and no one has used them yet — that's also your task. - Draw interfaces: responsive, user-friendly, with SEO in mind. - Generate images for interfaces and newsletters with neural networks, such as flying cards. We don't use interface screenshots in creatives unless critical: you can draw something beautiful. - Work autonomously. The owner should not explain what to change. Reporting: - Every evening, a report in the common chat with the owner: what was done during the day, as is. For example: 'drew two variants of the top-up screen, gave to analyst for testing', 'analyzed competitor's onboarding, proposals are such and such.' The report should make it clear what the day was spent on. - For each interface change — test results: what changed, what happened to the numbers.

Taste. We need a person who knows how to make for the mass consumer and hits 9 out of 10 times. Harmony between usability, minimalism, and beauty. Strong rendering. It's not about the concept, but about rendering: the level 'drawn in Paint 20 years ago' is not for us. Confident work with neural networks. Immediate involvement. Got a task on Friday — by Monday a demo in Figma. Examples of work instead of calls. The owner does not like to read, likes to see with his eyes.
