UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer (Middle or Senior) for publishing project in Moscow (hybrid) at IT People group. Rate from 160,000 RUB. Long-term contract via IP/SmZ.

Project: Publishing, long-term engagement, via sole proprietorship or self-employed contract.Required for Middle:• Experience as UX/UI designer for 3+ years.• Experience designing adaptive web interfaces and mobile apps.• Proficiency in Figma: creating layouts, working with components, using design systems.• Ability to create interactive prototypes using prototyping tools.• Experience in product teams and collaboration with developers.• Ability to make data-driven decisions and find compromises between user needs and project constraints.• Understanding user scenarios and creating UX-oriented interfaces.• Attention to detail and ability to work with guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).• Portfolio with examples of implemented projects.Nice to have for Middle:• Experience with design systems and participation in their development.• Experience in graphic design (creating icons, illustrations).• Skills in user behavior analytics and A/B testing.• Experience with animations and interactions in interfaces.• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.Required for Senior:• Experience as UX/UI designer for 5+ years, including participation in large-scale redesigns.• Deep knowledge of Figma: working with components, creating design systems, optimizing design processes.• Ability to scale visual solutions and interfaces across various platforms and devices.• Experience designing complex mobile and web interfaces for product teams.• Ability to develop and implement new visual language elements, maintaining style consistency.• Experience interacting with cross-functional teams: developers, testers, product managers.• Ability to analyze user scenarios and make improvements based on data.• Understanding of UX research and working with analytics to improve user experience.• Experience preparing layouts and components for handoff to development, quality control of implementation.• Experience with interactive prototypes, participation in interface testing.• Ability to work in Agile and rapidly changing priorities.Nice to have for Senior:• Experience in graphic design, creating branded materials.• Experience with Big Data and user data analytics.• Ability to develop animations for interfaces.• Experience in creating large design systems and supporting them at product level.• Experience in conducting design reviews and mentoring junior designers.

Middle: 3+ years as UX/UI designer, adaptive web/mobile design, Figma (components, design systems), interactive prototyping, product team experience, data-driven decisions, UX scenarios, attention to detail, Material Design/HIG, portfolio.Senior: 5+ years as UX/UI designer, large redesigns, advanced Figma, scaling visual solutions, complex mobile/web interfaces, cross-functional collaboration, UX research and analytics, design handoff and quality control, interactive prototypes, Agile.Plus: design systems, graphic design, A/B testing, animations, HTML/CSS, Big Data, mentoring.
