UI/UX Designer for a club platform and app at the Club of All-Lenian Therapy. Remote, salary 90,000-150,000 RUB/month.

We have an unusual product: not a marketplace or banking app, but a space where people come to understand themselves. The club platform and app include a personal account, monthly themes, practices, recorded streams, and a market for points. That is, the interface through which not a purchase but a personal process passes - and this changes the requirements for how it should feel. Responsibilities: - Design and refine interfaces for the personal account, club platform, and mobile app. - Think through scenarios - how a person enters a monthly theme, finds the needed practice, returns to their past recordings. - Work on onboarding for new club members: first touches with the product should be extremely clear, without unnecessary cognitive load. - Bring the interface to a unified logic - the product is currently growing faster than it can be systematized.

Portfolio with real UX cases, not just beautiful mockups - show how you think about scenarios, not just visuals. - Proficiency in Figma. - Experience with personal accounts, subscription services, or club platforms. - Empathy for the user - here it is not a beautiful word, but literally a working tool.
