Middle+/Senior UI/UX Designer wanted for a high-load Fintech product with over 1 million daily active users. Focus on scalable, aesthetic, and functional interfaces for desk and mobile.

We are looking for a confident middle+/senior designer to work with high-load interfaces in the FinTech sector. FinTech product with over 1 million daily active users, where design plays a key role in creating a user-friendly and intuitive interface. Responsibilities: • development of a scalable, aesthetic, and functional interface (desk, mobile) that harmoniously combines complex business logic and high UX/UI standards; • improvement of the user interface in accordance with changing business needs; • reforming and rethinking existing scenarios; working through mechanics; description of use cases; • maintenance and refinement of the existing design system; • graphic design; • close cooperation and communication with the development department, with the analytics department. Main tools: Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

• 4+ years of experience with interfaces; • ability and desire to work with high-load, dry interfaces; • love for guidelines and design systems; • knowledge of typography in interfaces; literacy and basic editorial skills; • confident experience in creating user flows, wireframes; • ability to quickly switch between tasks; • solve problems variably, without getting stuck on one result; • composure towards criticism, responsibility, and discipline. Nice to have: • experience in prototyping, animation; • experience in FinTech, CRM projects.
