UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer at Softnetix, Minsk (office), full-time. Salary up to 2000 USD. Work on design system and redesign of gambling/betting applications in Players UI team.

Softnetix is developing a platform for deploying from scratch and supporting gambling and betting applications. We are looking for a designer for the Players UI team. You will work on a design system for entertainment applications and redesign them. Our team already has more than 10 designers. We have our own design system built in React and available for review via Storybook. Responsibilities: - Design and improve interfaces for web and mobile platforms, including game scenarios with dynamic data and interactive elements; - Improve the product according to requirements and market trends; - Refine UI elements and prepare them for implementation; - Work with UI Kit, maintain its relevance; - Collaborate closely with developers and designers; - Conduct Design Review; - Use AI tools in daily work to speed up design, generate ideas, texts, and prototypes.

Requirements: - Excellent knowledge of Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Libraries, Design Tokens, Variables); - Commercial experience in developing interfaces (Web, Mobile) in sports statistics, betting, and gambling for 1+ year; - Experience with interfaces for high-load systems (tables, filters, and various forms); - Effective application of UX/UI principles; - Understanding of usability basics for user interfaces; - Basic understanding of AI tools capabilities and experience applying them in design work. Nice to have: - Big plus: experience with interfaces for high-load systems; - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; - Skills in vector and raster graphics (Illustrator, Photoshop).
