Hexbit is a digital product development agency specializing in interfaces for B2B services and SaaS platforms. We are looking for a designer who can transform complex products into clear and attractive interfaces. What you will do: — Develop user scenarios, prepare prototypes and UX flows — Design and assemble a UI-Kit and design system for the product — Create hi-fi mockups of key screens: dashboards, tables, forms, onboarding — Ensure a Figma file with a clear structure for developers to work with ease — Iterate based on PM feedback and support front-end during implementation

What is important to us: — Expert-level Figma skills: Auto Layout, components, variants, styles — Portfolio with live B2B/SaaS/cabinet interfaces (not just landing pages) — Understanding of development: Auto Layout is Flexbox, Component = reusable element — Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality; perfectionism that disrupts deadlines is not for us — Use of AI tools: Midjourney/Recraft for assets, ChatGPT for texts Will be a plus: — Experience in a digital agency or product studio — UX skills: user flows, basic interface analytics
