SP Candle, a Saint Petersburg home fragrance brand, seeks a UGC creator and micro-blogger manager for remote part-time work. Full cycle from sourcing to publication reporting. Up to 30,000 RUB/month.

SP Candle is a home fragrance brand from Saint Petersburg. It produces candles, diffusers, car fragrances and care products. We are looking for a person to take on the full cycle of work with UGC authors and micro-bloggers: from search and first message to publication release and result evaluation. Responsibilities: - Search for UGC creators, micro-bloggers and authors of Reels, Shorts and Clips. - Select authors by topics: home, interior, gifts, flowers, lifestyle, decor and unboxings. - Evaluate content quality and audience activity. - Contact authors independently and negotiate mainly barter collaborations. - Separately coordinate paid placements with us. - Discuss content format, publication deadlines and the possibility of brand usage. - Pass data for product shipment and monitor receipt. - Issue personal promo codes and track sales. - Monitor publication release, collect links, views and reactions. - Maintain a table with contacts, terms, shipments, publications and results. - Prepare a short monthly report. Important: we need not just a list of bloggers, but a person who will independently manage the entire process and be responsible for its consistency.

Must independently manage the full process and ensure systematic work. In the application, answer: 1. Which platforms do you use to find authors? 2. How do you check blogger quality and relevance? 3. How many authors can you contact per month? 4. How many barter placements do you consider a realistic result? 5. How do you propose to evaluate work effectiveness? 6. Remote work. Part-time employment. First month is a test period. Budget up to 30,000 RUB per month. Product shipping and paid placement costs are paid separately after approval.
