Trend Watcher and AI Video Scriptwriter

Remote position at Neyrosetka: create AI-generated video templates for a Telegram bot, track trends, and write scripts. Salary 50,000 RUB + KPI bonuses.

About us: AI video and image generation service for Russian-speaking audience. We work through a Telegram bot and are launching a web version. We are looking for someone to track trends, replicate them with AI, and add ready-made templates to the bot. The position is creative and independent: you decide which trend to take and how to adapt it. Tasks: • Daily monitor trends in Instagram* Reels, catch them within the first 1-2 days. • Analyze how viral videos are made: which model, which prompt, which editing, what drives virality. • Replicate and adapt trends in Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana. • Add ready-made templates to the bot via the admin panel. • Write video scripts for trends: for our accounts and briefs for bloggers. • Propose your own ideas: what might resonate with our audience.

• Good taste: you already scroll Reels daily and notice trends before others. • Understanding of virality: hook in the first 2 seconds, why videos are shared, why they are watched to the end. • Love for creativity and adaptation: not copying one-to-one, but making it so people want to replicate. • Speed and discipline: a trend lives for a few days, being a week late means zero.

• 50,000 RUB net + KPI bonuses for templates that users like. • Generations for work are covered by the project. • Fully remote work. • Contract as self-employed or individual entrepreneur. • Probation period of 1 month with specific goals, full pay. • Direct communication with the founder, no approvals or bureaucracy. • Selection includes a test assignment.
