Treasury Lead

Treasury Lead position at an international investment company in Limassol, Cyprus. Build and develop treasury function, manage liquidity, and interact with international banks.

Building treasury processes, policies, and reporting systems. Managing group company liquidity, payment calendar, and cash flow. Interacting with international banks, EMI, PSP, and handling KYC/AML. Managing international payments, currency operations, and financial risks. Optimizing banking infrastructure and automating processes.

5+ years of treasury experience, including leadership roles. Experience building or transforming treasury functions. Practical experience with international banks, payment providers, and multiple jurisdictions. Strong liquidity, cash flow, and currency operations management skills. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets. English C1+. Nice to have: experience with cryptocurrencies (USDT/USDC), fintech/payments, international banks, and treasury automation.
