Translation Project Manager for Plain Language

ANO Kreativnoye Delo in Moscow seeks a Translation Project Manager for Plain Language to mentor employees with disabilities in IT tasks, develop plain-language methodical materials, and test translation accessibility. Office schedule 9:00–18:00.

Responsibilities: — Mentoring employees with disabilities who perform various tasks in the IT sphere; — Developing methodical materials with translation into plain language and testing translation accessibility; — Helping employees with disabilities complete tasks using created methodical materials and personal mentoring; — Developing independence in employees with disabilities in solving routine work tasks.

— Knowledge of plain language (completed course); — Experience creating methodical materials in plain language and testing their accessibility; — Higher education and understanding that work will be with people with disabilities and varying degrees of socialization; — Computer literacy, interest in the IT sphere; — Experience with social and labor adaptation of people with disabilities.
