Traffic Manager Assistant

Remote assistant for traffic manager at iDanceBallet online school. 30,000 RUB + up to 10,000 RUB KPI, 3-4 hours/day.

We are looking for an assistant to the traffic manager. At the start, you will work according to our training scheme and test hypotheses set by the manager. Tasks: 1. Conduct customer development interviews and analyze responses 2. Build funnels (texts, logic, visuals) 3. Execute traffic and launch tasks: clarify details, meet deadlines, report status 4. Test different ad formats and record results 5. Test ad formats independently or with contractors: hand off briefs, maintain communication, monitor deadlines, collect results

Basic marketing experience, ability to work with AI for creating texts and visuals, attentiveness and systematic approach. Experience with advertising is a plus.

Remote, 3-4 hours per day. 30,000 RUB fixed + up to 10,000 RUB for KPIs. Possible growth to traffic manager, then to department head. Selection stages: questionnaire → interview → small test task.
