Job Details

Traffic Analyst position in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, 5/2 schedule. Responsibilities include analyzing traffic flows, user behavior, and performance metrics. Requires strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools. Relocation available.

Responsibilities: - Analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness, profitability, and expediency of traffic flows. - Researching websites and pages with high traffic volume, analyzing keywords and content structure. - Identifying anomalies based on data: sharp changes in indicators, unnatural user behavior, etc. - Making data-driven decisions: launching/scaling effective flows, stopping ineffective ones. - Analysis of high-converting landing pages and pre-landing pages. - Interaction with the affiliate team, finance departments, and external partners. - Preparation of regular reports for internal teams and partners.

Requirements: - Excellent understanding of metrics: CR, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROI. - Experience with behavioral analytics in Hotjar or similar services. - Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts) and/or BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Basic skills in working with analytics in tracking systems. - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to formulate hypotheses and ask precise questions. - Skill in simple and clear explanation of findings. - Ability to work in a multitasking environment and prioritize. - Willingness to participate in conferences, meetings with partners and internal teams. - Experience with behavioral analytics in Hotjar or similar services. - Python, SQL, working with databases (setup, data transfer)
