AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets is seeking a Trader in Residence / Quant Advisor. This is a part-time, remote advisory role focused on providing market insights and consulting on product development. Direct interaction with the founder.

About the project: • 10arx - AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets. Polymarket, Kalshi, and more. Early stage, fast-paced. • Website: https://10arx.com/ Role: This is not a classic trader job. You become an in-house trading expert – a person who helps the team understand the market from the inside and build a product for the real needs of active traders. The format is advisory with deep product involvement. What you will do: - Trade on prediction markets and related markets – this is your main function and the main source of insights for the product - Share real experience with the team: what strategies work, where money is lost, what hinders in the moment - Advise on order book mechanics, probability pricing, market behavior - Help identify product gaps – things the team simply won't see without trading practice - Participate in the analysis of competitors, bots, strategies – provide an assessment from the perspective of a practicing trader - Be an in-house advisor on everything related to trading and market mechanics

Who we are looking for: - Active trader on prediction markets - Polymarket, Kalshi, and more - Experience trading futures and options - you understand the market beyond prediction markets - Proficient in quantitative trading: strategies, bots, automation - Understand order book mechanics and probability pricing at a practical level - Can clearly explain how you make trading decisions and where you see an edge - Able to translate trading experience into concrete insights for the product team Important: We don't need a theorist. We need a person who is trading right now – and doing it seriously.
