We are looking for a hybrid specialist in Qatar from Russia and friendly countries for the position of Technical Support & Full Stack Engineer. A role for those who understand cloud systems (Azure) and want to fix problems, not just document them. Combines deep technical support (L2/L3) with development in React + .NET Core/Node.js.

This is not classic support. We are looking for a strong engineer who can read logs, find the root cause, dive into the code, fix a bug, write a unit test, and deploy a hotfix via CI/CD. Your stack: Frontend: React.js, Redux/Zustand. Backend: .NET Core, Node.js. Infrastructure: Azure (Azure DevOps, Monitor, Log Analytics, IAM, Synapse). Data: SQL, PostgreSQL, ETL (Azure Data Factory, Airflow). What you will be doing: Operations: Monitoring platform health, incident resolution, user support. Development: Fixing production bugs, developing small features, optimizing queries, refactoring code. Data: Supporting DWH, checking data integrity, fixing ETL pipelines. DevOps: Participating in CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps), setting up infrastructure as code (basic). Security: Working with Azure Sentinel, threat monitoring, access management.

5+ years of experience in technical support/sysadmin + 2+ years in Full-stack development. English language - C1 (critically important for work). Confident skills in reading logs, tracing problems in distributed systems. Experience with Azure and CI/CD (Azure DevOps). Ability to write SQL queries and understand ETL processes. Willingness to relocate to Doha.
