Technical Specialist for Building Maintenance

Technical specialist for building maintenance in Moscow, full-time, 5/2 schedule, responsible for repairs and maintenance of building systems.

Responsibilities: - Perform minor repairs and household work. - Maintain water supply, sewage, and electrical systems, fix minor faults. - Solve various technical and household tasks, from installing a TV to repairing equipment. - Work based on requests and monitor task completion. - Interact with business center staff. - Report utility meter readings. - Occasionally travel to other company sites (about 4 sites, infrequent).

Experience from 2 years in building maintenance, technical service, repairs, or similar fields. Practical skills with engineering systems. Ability to independently identify and fix faults. Responsibility, attention to detail, and a practical approach. Willingness to handle diverse tasks.

Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Work in the office, full-time. Employment per Russian Labor Code. Tools and workwear provided.
