Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager at IBIT. Full-time office role in Limassol, Cyprus. Own product discovery, delivery, requirements, stakeholder collaboration, and results.

Responsibilities: • Immerse in the product and business, identify problems and growth opportunities. • Formulate and prioritize product initiatives. • Work with the client: identify needs, propose solution options, manage expectations. • Elaborate requirements, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies. • Work with developers on technical solutions, integrations, and constraints. • Decompose tasks and coordinate Design / Development / QA / CEO. • Control delivery, timelines, and quality without excessive bureaucracy. • Organize acceptance and evaluate results after launch.

Experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Project Manager or a similar role in an IT product. Experience working with clients and key stakeholders. Understanding of SDLC and web products. Ability to work with requirements, backlog, priorities, risks, and dependencies. Technical expertise sufficient to communicate confidently with developers. Understanding of product metrics and a data-driven approach. Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban. Systematic, proactive, and highly independent. Nice to have: Backend/Frontend experience, product analytics, UX/UI and Figma.
