How things work at Ivi: Our services are written in Python and Golang. We use Jira as a task tracker, store knowledge in Confluence, and communicate in Pacha. We adhere to an agile approach: minimize bureaucracy and automate everything possible. We are passionate about our product and use it ourselves. We think about reducing time-to-market but don't compromise on quality and don't encourage overtime. We follow principles of responsibility and self-organization, and don't favor micromanagement. Everyone can influence team goals or processes. We have standard ceremonies: daily standups, planning, demos, retros, etc. Quarterly goals are set using OKR. We focus on reliability and technological leadership but are open to new solutions when justified. We care about comfort and development: quality onboarding, feedback exchange, 1+1 meetings, individual development plans. In the Ivi team, you will: Formalize product tasks, enriching them with technical details. Interact with product managers and developers on a regular basis. Design new features (including product-technical task elaboration, task decomposition, development support, tracking alignment with the designed solution, and production rollout). Conduct brainstorming sessions, develop technical solutions, and create sequence diagrams. Plan tasks and sprints. Handle incident analysis, monitor system health, and maintain documentation.

Understanding of software development principles. Deep technical background. Formulating and controlling business requirements for development. Understanding of network protocols. Understanding of high-load services. Ability to prioritize and solve tasks in a fast-changing environment. Knowledge of SQL and any scripting language is a plus.
