Technical Leader (Digital Services)

YADRO is looking for a Technical Leader (Digital Services) for a full-time, remote position. The role involves architecture design, performance improvements, team process building, and more.

What you will do: - Design and validate architectural solutions - Improve performance of both Backend and client applications - Build effective processes within the team - Conduct code reviews - Participate in product development and interact with business - Work with infrastructure and operations - Work with related teams - Ensure high quality of the team's work

Our wishes for candidates: - 5+ years of experience managing a Python development team (Python 3.5+) - Experience with modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI) - Experience in architecture design - Basic Frontend development experience (we use React and TypeScript) - DevOps experience in operations, Kubernetes - Understanding of principles and processes of industrial software development - Responsibility, independence, proactive attitude, strategic thinking - Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
