Technical Lead at ЛАНИТ in Moscow. Experience: 3+ years. Salary: up to 400,000 RUB. Responsibilities include managing development of state information systems, understanding high-load IS architectures, stakeholder interaction, and making technical decisions.

• Experience in managing the development or support of state information systems (federal or regional level). • Deep understanding of architectural approaches and modern technologies in the field of high-load IS. • Skills in interacting with multiple stakeholders - from IT teams to customer-side managers. • Ability to make and reasonably defend technical decisions. • Strong management skills: ability to set tasks, control execution, and work in multitasking mode. • Higher technical education. • Readiness to obtain a second-form security clearance.

• Manage the technical content of the project: development, operation, critical assessment of technological solutions. • Conduct an audit of labor costs and budget for complex technical tasks. • Participate in the approval of architectural solutions and release planning. • Coordinate pilot operation and the system's launch into industrial operation. • Resolve information security issues (including FSTEC certification, assessment of software impact on cryptographic information security tools, secure development). • Assess technical risks and organize measures to reduce them. • Translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for managers and business customers.
