LegitGrails is seeking a Technical Engineer for a fully remote position to help develop and scale their fashion authentication technology. Responsibilities include database management, API interaction, automation, and support.

LegitGrails is a fashion-tech company providing authentication services for items from over 500 brands, combining expert and AI-driven verification. We are looking for a Technical Engineer to help develop and scale our technological solutions in the field of fashion item authentication. Key tasks: Ensuring a stable flow of operations Quick reaction to emerging problems and their resolution (minimizing downtime). Deep dive into the database structure and understanding of service processes. Writing and optimizing SQL queries for working with Postgres. Working with APIs (using Postman for testing and interaction with external services). Reading analytical data and providing suggestions for process improvement. Setting up and supporting automations via Make (Integromat). Supporting the admin panel for orders via UI Bakery.

Technical Skills: Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Supabase). Ability to write SQL queries, work with indexing, and query optimization. Knowledge of basic API operations, ability to test and interact with APIs via Postman. Experience with automation tools such as Make (Integromat). Skills in working with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., UI Bakery). Basic understanding of data analytics and ability to interpret it. Soft Skills: High degree of awareness and responsibility for task completion. Ability to react quickly to emerging problems and make decisions. Desire to deeply understand the service's operation and logic. Ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. English language: B1-B2 level
