– Experience and expertise: Python development from 5 years, experience as a tech lead or senior developer - from 2 years; – Architecture: requirement analysis, development and presentation to the team, knowledge of C4 and UML tools; – Databases: ability to work with transactions, locks, constraints, write complex queries (window functions, CTE, etc.), find and identify non-optimal queries, experience with SQLAlchemy; – Debugging and optimization: ability to use a profiler, ability to debug asynchronous code.
