The stack across 3 domains — strong in one, fluent in all: Backend — Python 3.12, FastAPI, PostgreSQL + SQLAlchemy async, Docker, DigitalOcean. Clean async from day one, zero legacy. AI: RAG over clinical content, OpenAI API, pgvector, deterministic LLM pipelines, guardrails, evals, human-in-the-loop. Health product = hallucinations are not an option.
