Teamlead DevOps

Teamlead DevOps at Centicore Group for an investment project (next-gen broker). Remote in Russia, full-time, salary 330,000–360,000 RUB net. Requires 5+ years DevOps/Linux, team management, Kubernetes, IaC.

Project: Support. Investment project is a next-generation broker providing investment and trading services on the stock market, including Russian and foreign securities on exchange and over-the-counter markets. Responsibilities: - Distribute and control tasks - Estimate scope and deadlines during planning - Build communications with other teams - Develop one or several areas (including architecture together with architects) - Solve complex technical projects when needed - Participate in hiring and team development - Train new employees and mentor colleagues.

Experience as DevOps engineer or Linux administrator with DevOps tasks for 5+ years; Experience organizing team work (planning, decomposition, deadline control); Experience mentoring or training colleagues; Experience building processes and culture based on Infrastructure-as-Code principles; Experience managing a team, distributing tasks, controlling deadlines; Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd; Experience with build and deployment systems (Gitlab CI, Jenkins); Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Terraform); Experience with monitoring, logging and visualization systems (Zabbix, ELK stack, Prometheus-Grafana stack); Understanding of network protocols; Experience writing automation in Bash, Python.
