Development and improvement of internal tools, automation, corporate services, and web applications. Control of architectural solutions, leadership in the design and implementation of current and new services. Active participation in code reviews, technology selection, and establishing engineering practices. Recruiting for your team, onboarding, and development.

Commercial development experience in Python and Django for at least four years. Experience managing a small development team for at least two years. Ability to transparently manage a project: clearly formulate tasks, track progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met. Ability to communicate technical limitations and complexities to business and stakeholders. Practical experience in designing and supporting scalable web services and microservice architectures. Experience with Git and modern development practices (CI/CD, code review, testing).
