Clients include SkillFactory, Skyeng, x10 Academy, etc. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build systematic work of the team of targetologists, resulting in the achievement of KPI for CPL and ROMI in projects. • Control the quality of work of targetologists: plan execution and adherence to efficiency criteria and methodology. • Regularly update methodologies, constantly seek ways to manage results. • Control current projects, assess potential, and plan steps to achieve it. • Conduct audits of advertising accounts, identify strong and weak solutions, and propose improvements.

• Experience with traffic for infobusiness / online schools / EdTech for 3+ years. • Team management experience of 5+ people. • Real cases with VK Ads. • Strategic thinking, systematic approach, focus on numbers. • Leadership qualities.
