Team Lead of Streaming Data Processing Platform

Avito is seeking a Team Lead for its streaming data processing platform. Salary from 500,000 RUB/month, remote-friendly, leading a DWH team building a platform for anti-bot, anti-fraud, ad analytics, and database change delivery.

The DWH team builds a platform that powers anti-bot, anti-fraud, advertising analytics, and database change delivery. Tasks include real-time event processing, developing Flink on Kubernetes, and loading data into storage in Apache Paimon format. The team lead will set architectural standards, develop the team, and plan technical work.

Experience leading a development team for 4+ years; deep knowledge of Apache Flink or other streaming processing tools (Spark Streaming, Kafka Streams); experience operating high-load systems; understanding of Kafka and distributed systems; ability to decompose tasks, build technical plans, and develop employees.
