Team Lead for a Flutter mobile development team, responsible for planning, prioritization, reviews, and releases. Works with stakeholders to manage timelines and scope. Fully remote position.

Lead a team of Flutter developers: planning, prioritization, reviews, releases. Work with stakeholders - negotiate deadlines, scope, and priorities. Monitor application quality and stability, assist with architecture and technical solutions. Support CI/CD, testing, and code review processes. Foster a culture of responsibility and transparency. Motivate developers, help grow expertise in Flutter and mobile development. Control release deadlines and completeness. Participate in mobile product strategy and roadmap formulation.

Experience in mobile development for at least 3 years, with at least one year in a team lead role. Understanding of application lifecycle, performance, and architecture. Ability to organize an effective process: planning, tracking, reviews, releases. Skills in working with stakeholders and managing expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools. Experience managing a distributed team. Understanding of design systems and UX/UI practices. Focus on results, stability, and quality. Deep knowledge of Flutter is a plus, but not a red flag.
