Red SMS (*****) is a B2B platform for SMS communications, operating in the market since 2013. We create infrastructure that ensures reliable and instant business interaction with users through mobile channels. Role: We are looking for a Team Lead Go who will take a key role in the development of a high-load product: from forming the technical strategy to managing teams and launching a new platform. This is a position for a strong technical leader capable of combining architectural thinking, people management, and practical development experience.

• 6+ years of experience in backend development / architecture / highload projects • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams • Deep understanding of the Go standard library and design patterns • Experience in developing multithreaded and high-load applications • Practical experience in designing and developing microservice architecture • Experience with message queues and stream processing • Understanding of the full SDLC (planning, development, code review, testing, deployment) • Skills in estimating timelines, planning, and risk management • Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining engineering teams • Attention to quality: code coverage with tests, stability, readability Nice to have: • Experience implementing AI tools in development • Experience in telecom or messaging infrastructure • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
