Experience and strong programming skills in Python (OOP, API development) Good knowledge of SQL (window functions, complex queries, query optimization) Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem tools: Hive, Spark, etc. Understanding of data warehouse design concepts Strong communication skills, team organization skills, proactivity, and leadership qualities
