Team Lead C# with 350,000 - 400,000 ₽ salary. Smart Horizon is looking for a candidate with over 6 years of commercial C# development experience, including ASP.NET Core, and experience in event-driven microservice architectures.

– More than 6 years of commercial development experience in C#, including a deep understanding of ASP.NET Core and backend application design principles. – Practical experience in designing and developing event-driven microservice architectures using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. – Experience in technical leadership or informal leadership within a development team. – Experience in planning team work and technical task decomposition. – Experience with BPMN engines (Camunda, Flowable), including business process modeling and orchestration. – Practical experience in decomposing monolithic systems into a microservice architecture using patterns: Strangler, Anti-Corruption Layer (ACL), Dual Read/Write, Shadowing, Outbox, CDC. – Knowledge and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. – Strong SQL knowledge, as well as principles of relational and non-relational database management systems. – Experience with containerization and orchestration systems: Docker, Kubernetes. – Knowledge and practical application of extreme programming methodologies: TDD, BDD, Pair Programming.
