Team Lead BI at OTP Bank in Moscow, hybrid. Lead BI/Data team, BI architecture, DWH, SQL, Linux, CI/CD, Git, observability, scaling. Plus FineBI, Greenplum, ClickHouse, Data Lake.

Experience managing or technical leadership of a BI/Data team Good understanding of BI system and analytical platform architecture Practical experience operating industrial BI solutions Understanding of DWH and analytical DBMS principles Confident SQL for BI and analytical systems Understanding of Linux and basic infrastructure principles Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and automation of development and delivery processes Understanding of containerization and modern application operation approaches Experience or good understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability Understanding of fault tolerance, scaling, and performance management Ability to build processes and turn agreements into working regulations Ability to manage backlog and balance business tasks, technical debt, and platform development Nice to have: experience with FineBI, Greenplum, ClickHouse, Data Lake
