Targetologist / Performance Marketer

Lion Target is a marketing agency specializing in promoting developers, real estate agencies, and realtors. Responsibilities: - Set up ad campaigns in VK, Telegram Ads, and Yandex Direct - Analyze target audience and competitors, segment audiences, and form advertising hypotheses - Develop launch strategy: audience → offer → creative → test → scaling - Plan and analyze tests - Prepare ad offers, texts, and USPs for different audience segments - Analyze advertising metrics, find reasons for declines and growth points - Evaluate the full funnel from advertising and applications to lead quality and deal - Set tasks for the designer and, if needed, prepare simple creatives independently - Launch Telegram Ads and seeded posts, analyze channels via TGStat and Telemetr, work with UTM tags

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience as a targetologist or performance marketer - Experience independently managing ad campaigns from strategy and launch to optimization and reporting - Experience with at least one of: VK Ads, Telegram Ads, or Yandex Direct - Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Willingness to work in a team, accept feedback, and refine tasks Nice to have: - Experience in real estate, construction, or related fields
