Targeting Specialist (VK)

Traffic agency 5ELEMENTS is looking for a VK targeting specialist. Remote work, salary up to 100,000 RUB (fixed + KPI).

Due to expansion, traffic agency 5ELEMENTS is looking for a VK targeting specialist. We mainly work with niches of goods and services across Russia. Less often with offline schools, but such projects are available. Responsibilities: • Developing hypotheses using Ben Hunt's ladder, segmenting cold, warm, and hot target audiences • Creating ad creatives • Regular hypothesis testing • Running A/B tests of creatives and offers, analyzing results, implementing improvements • Working with lead forms • Working with Senler app, creating chatbots and funnels • Working with TargetHunter parser • Analyzing ad campaigns and correlating data with leads and sales • Weekly reporting • Working in CRM for tasks

• Completed at least one course on targeted advertising • Result-oriented, striving for high ROAS • Systematic and data-driven • No impossible tasks • Attentive, diligent, able to perform repetitive tasks • Experience in the flower niche is a plus. Please mention it in your response if applicable.
