Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruitment for engineering and business roles - Partnership with hiring managers at Lead level and above - Development of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives - Participation in relevant conferences, events, and community activities

- 3+ years of experience in international recruitment for IT and business teams - Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the talent market - Experience collaborating with hiring managers at all levels - Startup experience, proactivity, and accountability for results - Spoken and written English B2+
