System Support (AnyKey)

System Support (AnyKey) position in Belgrade, Serbia. International product IT company, maintaining high-load projects for large companies, mostly B2B entertainment, gaming, and sports solutions.

Main tasks: - Maintenance of office space and users (250+ workplaces) - Server room maintenance - Block-level repair of PCs and peripherals - Managing IT warehouse - Placing equipment purchase requests - User support and technical issue resolution - Working with access control systems and video surveillance

Requirements: - Knowledge of block-level repair rules - Experience in restoring Windows OS without data loss - Knowledge of latest PC components (processors, motherboards, video cards, printers, etc.) - Basic knowledge of Active Directory (purpose, pros and cons, GPO principles) - Basic knowledge of TCP/IP (networks, data packets, routing), as well as industrial routers and switches (models, pros and cons) - Knowledge of low-current systems and structured cabling - At least 1 year of experience as System support (Enikey)

Work format: office in Belgrade (considering candidates already in Serbia and those willing to relocate)
