System Analyst

System Analyst for a major financial sector company. Remote for Russian regions / hybrid for Moscow. Salary from 200,000 RUB/month. Long-term project.

We are looking for a System Analyst who works on tasks from communication with business customers and solution development to implementation, testing, and demonstration of results. The search is for a large financial sector company. The specialist is considered for two product teams at once. At the technical interview, tasks from both directions may be discussed, after which the most suitable project is determined. Responsibilities: - Collect, systematize, and formalize requirements of business customers. - Work out functional and non-functional requirements. - Model business processes and user scenarios. - Design integrations between internal and external systems. - Work out implementation options together with the development team. - Formulate tasks and technical specifications for developers. - Design APIs and describe system interactions. - Work with relational databases and write SQL queries. - Prepare project documentation, instructions, and knowledge base. - Independently verify implemented functionality. - Conduct demonstrations for business customers. - Support tasks from business idea inception to launch.

Experience as a system analyst from 3 years (AFTER university graduation) Experience in direct communication with business customers and stakeholders. Ability to independently collect and formalize requirements. Knowledge of BPMN and UML. Experience describing functional, non-functional, and user requirements. Experience in designing integrations. Strong understanding of REST API. Experience with message brokers, preferably Kafka. Understanding of SOAP principles is a plus. Confident SQL skills: JOIN of multiple tables; grouping and sorting; understanding relational database structure; understanding impact of queries on database load. Experience in setting tasks for developers. Participation in discussing and choosing technical solutions with the team. Ability to independently test implemented functionality. Ability to quickly immerse in new processes. Especially valued: - Experience in investment, banking, or brokerage domain. - Experience with highly integrated internal systems. - Experience with CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics. - Experience with integrations with government and external information systems. - Ability to read code in one of popular programming languages. - Experience using LLM/AI tools in work. - Experience implementing chatbots or AI solutions with connection to internal databases and knowledge bases. It will be a disadvantage if the candidate: - interacted with business exclusively through Product Owner; - practically did not participate in choosing implementation and technical solutions; - performed only a narrow part of analytics without accompanying the task to the result.

Work format: remote for Russian regions / hybrid for Moscow. Working hours: 09:30–18:30 Moscow time. Location/Citizenship: only RF. Time zone: work by Moscow time. Project: long-term. Salary: from 200,000 RUB after taxes. Depending on the team, you will work with technologies: REST API, SOAP, Kafka, Oracle, MS SQL, Backend: Java/Spring, C#/.NET, Frontend: React.
