System Analyst (Middle+) for an outstaffing company. Remote work (hybrid first 1-2 months). Salary: 220,000 - 290,000 RUB net per month. Requires 2-3 years of experience in DWH/Data Platform/BI systems.

The company is an outstaffing provider looking for a System Analyst to join their remote team. The initial period of 1-2 months will involve a hybrid work format.

• Experience as a System Analyst for 2-3 years • Experience in DWH / Data Platform / BI systems development projects • Ability to gather and structure requirements (interviews) • Skills in writing functional requirements (FR) • Experience in data modeling (ER diagrams) and data processing • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data mart construction, integrations (API, queues, files) • Proficient in SQL (for data analysis) • Apache Airflow knowledge is a plus • Understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality is a plus
