System Analyst

Hiring Junior/Junior+ system analysts for internship up to Middle level with subsequent placement on a project. Salary after internship 100,000–150,000 RUB. Requires SQL, UML/BPMN, REST API/SOAP basics.

Collect, analyze, and formalize customer and user requirements within projects. Design and describe business logic, develop specifications for specific customer tasks. Model data flows and business processes. Prepare and maintain project and technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements. Interact with distributed development and QA teams on projects.

SQL (writing basic queries, JOIN, GROUP BY). Knowledge of business process modeling notations (UML and/or BPMN). Basic understanding of integration interactions (REST API and/or SOAP).

After completing internship: 100–150 thousand RUB. Grade review and promotion up to +40% to offer after 9–15 months. Employment: Labor Code / Civil Law Contract / Individual Entrepreneur, staff of the customer.
